The proposal consist of 2 different volumes one for the public area and the other for the bedrooms. These two situated in an L shape form contain a private courtyard at the back. The volumes are oriented so to have the best views and orientations. A superb porche welcomes you at the entrance and at the southwest an outdoor pergola extends from the kitchen/dinnig area.
The services areas face the patio/courtyard (bathroom and private studio) From the courtyard you can go to the basement through the open stairs.
The main open space of kitchen/dining can be separated with sliding door panels from the living area.
I have left plenty spaces for closets.
The bedroom face the east side and have a pergola that gives shades.
