-The provided references were used as inspiration for materials, moods, carpets, and colors.
-Ceiling lines were designed to make every room feel visually comfortable and to create the perception of square proportions.
-Mathematically proven methods of composition were applied in the renders, whether the rule of thirds, diagonal compositions, golden ratio, or symmetrical axis, to both support the sales process and ensure an aesthetically pleasing design.
