ENGLISH:2 floor+basemant detached house with around 700 sm garden.We would like to enhance the house value in order to sell it in 3-5 years, meanwhile we will use it during week ends and spare time, (we are a 5 people family,mum,dad and 3 girls: 2 twins aged 11 and a 7 year old); this means that we are looking for very smart interventions, cost efficient and to the point; to this aim we would like to evaluate the opportunity to add a very smart swimming pool. Importantly, there is the possibility to add extra 21 square meters (maybe in the ground terrace).
The house was built in 1975,and it has been used by my husband’s parents until 2011 and not been used since.
