Il progetto nasce dall'esigenza del proprietario di trasformare questo tipico appartamento per le vacanze estive in una casa confortevole e completa per la residenza permanente. Attraverso gesti architettonici minimi, ma a mio parere indispensabili, si è cercato di ottimizzare la spazialità che queste camere offrono.

Infatti, dove vi è la possibilità, propongo di aumentare i varchi delle porte tra le camere soprattutto tra cucina e salone per rendere la spazialità più ampia e favorire la comunicazione visiva.

Inoltre, consiglio caldamente di aumentare le metrature del bagno, visto che è l'unico servizio presente nella casa ( una casa che potrà accogliere anche più di 4 persone), e di diminuire lo spazio del corridoio. Questo non comporterà un grande aumento sulle spese finali, dato che il cliente ha richiesto il completo rifacimento del bagno, e permetterà una più giusta disposizione degli elementi permettendo così di trasformare il bagno in uno spazio accogliente.

In secondo luogo il progetto propone una sistemazione degli arredi (arredi di misure standard) perfetta per rendere gli spazi ordinati e flessibili. Per esempio, nella camera da letto principale si è voluto creare una doppia "area armadio" nascosta attraverso la presenza di una parete costituita da pannelli di legno osb. Questo divisorio centrale di altezza di 250 cm diventa sia il piano attrezzato su cui allineare il letto sia un espediente per nascondere l'armadiatura. Si ottiene così uno spazio moderno e strutturato.
Le uniche tre porte presenti nel progetto sono pensate per essere porte scorrevoli esterne che diventano anche elementi di design delle camere. Infatti, sono porte costituite da panelli osb; un materiale economico che diviene leitmotiv stilistico della zona notte e non solo.

Si è cercato di intervenire in maniera semplice ed elegante sugli spazi di questo appartamento, indicando le disposizioni migliori delle camere e dell'arredo.

The project arises from the owner's need to transform this typical summer vacation apartment into a comfortable and complete home for the permanent residence. Through minimal architectural gestures, but necessary, I tried to optimize the spatiality that these rooms offer.

As a matter of fact, where there is the possibility, I suggest to increase the doors gates between the rooms, especially between the kitchen and living room, to make the spatiality wider and to promote visual communication.

Moreover, I strongly advise to increase the size of the bathroom, considering that it is the only service in the house (a home that will accommodate more than 4 people), and to decrease the space of the corridor. This will not lead to -do- a big increase in final charges, as the customer has required the complete rebuilding of the bathroom, and will allow a more accurate layout of the elements, thus allowing to transform the bathroom into a welcoming space.

Secondly, the project proposes a perfect arrangement of furnishings (standard furnishings) to produce ordered and flexible spaces. For example, in the master bedroom the project proposes a double hidden "wardrobe area" through the presence of a wall made of wood osb panels. This central partition of 250 cm height becomes both the floor equipped to align the bed and a expedient to hide the wardrobe. So you get a modern and structured space.
The only three doors in the project are designed to be exterior sliding doors that also become the design elements of the rooms. In fact, doors are made up of osb panels; an economic material that becomes the stylistic leitmotiv of the night zone.

I have tried to intervene in a simple and elegant way on the spaces of this apartment, indicating the best layout both of the rooms and furnishings.
