- 3 bedrooms with windows were created (as the master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a sauna room below the sleeping area and a slashed window).The apartment contains a bathroom with a beautiful large shower with sanitary fixtures, and two sinks that can be outside the bathroom in the open space in front of it, and it can be inside the bathroom, as its large area can accommodate two sinks,
- The layout includes a very bright open plan living room/kitchen with fireplace, two dormers,
- On the mezzanine floor it was used to contain the master bedroom, while below the floor there is the sauna in addition to the changing area, a small living area and a TV, to be a comprehensive room with all the needs to make the most of the space with built-in wardrobes in the slopes to create a wardrobe and / or a study.
- Modern rustic wood and stone have been mixed to achieve the desired design.
- The living room is designed to accommodate all possible daily activities such as watching TV, eating, reading and drinking tea by dividing it into several zones, each of which accommodates a specific activity.
