The description of the re-planning:
The covered attic floor of about 200 sqm is divided into four apartments with kitchen/ living room, bedroom and bathroom in each of them and a small closet in the third one. All the apartments have the entrance to the stairs. Veranda at the northern part of the attic is continued until the end of the house.
The scale architectural drawing (added below) illustrates internal distribution and surface coverage of proposed furniture, complete with total surface area and dimensions per room.
