Attic for rent

Greetings!
To design the 4 apartments on the surface that you have made available to us,I've placed all the measurements you have made.In the floor plan I tried to make as few changes as possible: a bathroom window has been added and one of the windows has been moved to the apartment 1. I tried to make the most out of the surface and have less unusable spaces.
