The propose basically divides the space in two side, in the south side there is the living room and in the north side the bedrooms.
In the main room as the client wants there are the bathroom and the walk in closet, both of rooms have the overlooking to the terrace.
In the living space there are a large windows and an island kitchen, I moved the existent fireplace and the new one will be with heat recovery, this is a good solution especially for the energy saving.

La proposta consiste nel dividere la zona giorno dalla zona notte, a sud la zona living mentre a nord le stanze da letto.
La stanza padronale come da richiesta è dotata di un bagno e di una cabina armadio, tutte e due le stanze hanno l'affaccio verso il terrazzo.
La zona giorno che dà sul terrazzo sud è caratterizzata da ampie vetrate con una cucina a isola, il camino è stato spostato e se ne prevede uno ad accumulo di calore per riscaldamento domestico autonomo,questo ha i vantaggi di essere ecologico e naturale ed ottenere anche dei risparmi energetici rispetto ad un camino tradizionale.
