la proposta progettuale, che Le presento, prevede una ridistribuzione interna studiata in modo tale da rispettare ogni sua richiesta.
Dal disimpegno d’ingresso è possibile accedere ad una prima zona notte.
Attraverso una stanza relax con lucernario, si arriva alla camera da letto composta da angolo bagno, separato dal restante spazio con un muretto ed una vetrata, così da mantenere la visuale e garantire uno spazio unitario, stanza da letto e cabina armadio lineare posta dietro la testata del letto.
Questa prima zona notte è separata dal resto dell’appartamento così da avere la giusta privacy e permetterne un utilizzo indipendete; in più c'è la terrazza annessa.
La zona giorno è raggiungibile dal disimpegno d’ingresso. E’ un unico grande ambiente, come da Sua richiesta, organizzato con una cucina ad isola, che permette una circolazione a 360°, un tavolo da pranzo ed un divano posto davanti alla parete attrezzata dell’attuale camino.
Il camino è caratterizzato da un cubo bianco che sporge dalla parete; il piano, dove si accende il fuoco, parte da terra e si sovrappone allo zoccolo di base generando una cavità in cui poter mettere la legna nei mesi invernali.
Tutte le nicchie sono state sfruttate con armadiature. Inoltre è stato ricavato un ripostiglio e una nicchia,vicino la cucina, per le colonne frigo, forno e porta scope.
Si è scelto di mantenere la zona giorno ove è presente quella attuale per utilizzare senza alcun problema il camino.
Dal soggiorno si accede tramite un altro disimpegno alla seconda zona notte composta da bagno ed attuale camera da letto.
L’arredo scelto gioca su tonalità neutre e le pareti si intendo tinteggiate in bianco.

This first sleeping area is separated from the rest of the apartment in order to have the right privacy and allow use independent reporting; in addition there is the terrace attached.
The living area is accessible from the entrance hallway. And 'one large room, as per your request, arranged with a kitchen island, allowing a 360 ° movement, a dining table and a sofa placed in front of the equipped wall of the fireplace.
The chimney is characterized by a white cube that protrudes from the wall; the floor where the fire is lit, the ground and overlaps with the socket base by creating a cavity in which to put the wood in the winter months.
All niches have been exploited with cupboards. It is also now used as a storage room and a niche, near the kitchen, for columns refrigerator, oven door and brooms.
You have chosen to keep the living area where there is the current one for use without any problem the fireplace.
The living room leads through another hallway to the second sleeping area with bathroom and bedroom present.
The furniture chosen plays on neutral tones and the walls are painted in white mean.
