Three proposals were developed at the outset to fully explore the potential design directions and provide a clear, comparative framework for decision making.

The first proposal was identified as the most comprehensive and balanced response to the brief. It was developed as the primary design direction, with careful attention given to spatial organization, sunlight orientation, and material coherence. This approach was deemed the most suitable for the site and the intended lifestyle.

A second alternative was prepared to offer a more modern and glazed architectural expression. Although it may not represent the most context-sensitive solution, it was included to ensure that a lighter, more open aesthetic was also available for consideration if desired.

A third proposal was developed as a proof of concept. It aimed to relieve any doubt about the outcome that might result from following a more conventional architectural language. It was not positioned as a preferred solution, but rather to provide peace of mind by showing what that direction would have realistically offered.

All required setbacks and zoning regulations were carefully respected in every proposal.
