We are very happy to have participated in your contest. Considering that there was a basement at the bottom of the north window (according to Google photo), we kept that window fixed and provided the entrance according to the proposed plan. We envisaged an entrance corridor to the house, which also has access to the parking lots. In the parking lots, we predicted two warehouses, one of which has access to the yard. We kept the stairwell fixed and only modified the number of steps. We put a wardrobe and a guest bathroom at the entrance. We planned the guest bathroom in such a way that it has access to both the courtyard and the living area. We tried to keep the structural walls stable. We planned the location of the kitchen so that it would have access to both the dining room and the living area of ​​the courtyard. We envisioned a pantry and laundry next to the kitchen. We redesigned the yard to be suitable for children to Play and exercise. We placed the trees in a part of the yard so that their shade would not darken the living room and dining room. On the second floor, we planned two rooms for children and one room for parents, which has a private dressing room and bathroom. We placed the exercise room in a place that is far from the bedrooms and close to the bathroom and terrace.
We chose a classic design style using neutral colors and wood.
