Buongiorno la ringrazio per la collaborazione e la sua disponibilità. Analizzando le sue richieste le metto a disposizione un progetto che ha una prospettiva per un investimento a lungo termine. Prima di tutto partendo dalla qualità dei arredi e materiali che forniscono durata, praticità e anche eleganza . Come secondo investimento le propongo il camino a bioetanolo con bombola a gas datò che il freddo effettivo in Costiera e di solo due mesi. Il camino offre una calda atmosfera di intimità per i futuri clienti del loft che penseranno solo ad accenderlo con telecomando.
Come terza fonte di investimento a lungo termine le ho proposto il pannello fotovoltaico rendendola indipendente dalla continua instabilità del mercato di energia citando il fornitore" Con lo scambio sul posto l’utente continua a pagare le normali bollette per tutta l’energia prelevata dalla rete e riceve un rimborso annuale per tutta l’energia immessa in rete (il ‘rimborso annuale’ è ripartito in tre rate: due acconti semestrali ed un conguaglio annuale). Le bollette di Enel, dunque, si continuano a pagare normalmente per la sola energia prelevata (che è già minore di prima grazie all’autoconsumo). Tenendo conto dalla comodità del cliente la zona solarium e stata spostata per un accesso più facile. Come perspettiva sulla zona bagno e vasca considerando che come in descrizione il loft sarà per due persone suppongo che sono maggiormente coppie e la sistemazione della elegantissima vasca vicino al letto penso che da un tocco di maggiore trasparenza alla coppia.
