I hereby send you the Carabien Villa Design, the design still maintains the main supporting building that has been marked as the structure / support of the building on the upper floor as a unit of villa room which amounts to 4 units.
There are 8 units of villa rooms in accordance with the plan of 4 units on the ground floor and 4 units on the upper floor. Each unit of villas has bathroom facilities equipped with a shower, closet, sink and bidet.
For the operation and management of villas, there is an office space and reception receptionist as well as supporting and facilitating guests with loby villas and an open-air shared restaurant kitchen which all face sea views.
For structural development using a supporting building that has been marked with a new wall as a partition for the rooms of the villa.
So by using my design there will be an efficiency of disassembly and ease of construction. Which will save on budget but will get the function of the villa and the maximum number of room units.
So I submit this design proposal. With so many contestants I hope you like and are interested in this design. So that you hope to give the project to me.
