Just a few changes is all what this villa needs to be renovated. The Project extends a little its footprint, making enough space for eight average double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, toilet & sink), plus a big open space living with an open kitchen and dining area. All this is the ground floor, while on the first we will have room enough for the large master suite, with its own bathroom-SPA area, closet, sleeping-relaxing area with a king size bed and sofas, and a large terrace with a view on the pool.
Doors and windows will become a little larger; to maximize natural light and air, and the staircase will change position, to become a focal point inside the living area.
On the outside, the patio will be a little bigger (to host sofas and another large dining table), while we will have a large design pool plus a small baby pool surrounded by a wooden slats floor. Just next to the villa, there will be also space for a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining tables.
Materials will be as much as possible local and natural, as wooden coatings and floors, mixed with stoneware tiles, while the main color will be white, to maximize natural lighting.
The global style of the villa will be a little more modern, but always with an eye to its previous colors and shapes.
