OUR PROPOSAL IS THE FRUIT OF AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF ALL THE EXPRESSED NEEDS AND THE CONSTRAINTS OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.
THE PRINCIPLES OF OUR PROPOSAL ARE SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS:
1- Hierarchical organization of spaces: Reception, transition, bedrooms, common areas, service area
and kitchen, to provide spatial organization and separation of noise and quiet areas.
2- the common living room and the breakfast room have been placed in direct communication for
more spacious space with a view of the city and the sea.
3- The bedrooms have been organized into two sectors A & B with airlock doors for maximum tranquility.
4- The adoption of a Mediterranean style with white and blue drawing inspiration from the attached references.
