My design proposal consists of creating a modern and cozy space incorporating all the client's requirements.
Upon entering the Loft we find a double height space of 4.18 m. On the left side is the staircase that leads to the mezzanine and on the right side two sliding doors that hide the laundry room.
There is a small kitchen, with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and an induction stove.
After the kitchen is the dining room and the living room, in which there is a small table for four people, a sofa and two auxiliary chairs. On the side walls I placed two cabinets to store books, bottles, decoration elements, place the TV and the music player.
Going up the stairs we reach the room where there is a bed for two people, an open closet and a bathroom. To access the bathroom you have to go down two steps in order to comply with the 2.40 m rule.
