BASEMENT - The area marked in the attachments as the area where an opening can be made in the slab was also used to provide steps leading to the basement in its place. When we go down the stairs to the basement, we find a pleasant ambience with warm colors, walls lined with bare brick and a wall decorated with decorative concrete, so the space exudes an industrial style, and the use of space can be two-functional. In one part, there is a bar with all the accompanying content that goes with it, such as bar stools, bar stools, drink shelves and more, while in the first part there is a place for low seating in the form of two sofas that can be opened for sleeping.
Position of lighting in the basement.
The lighting in the basement is located above the low coffee table, as well as the lighting built above the sled, as well as on the wall decorated with bare bricks in the form of 3 wall lamps that illuminate three posters.
GROUND FLOOR - We tried to make the most of the space without overburdening the living room with unnecessary things. The main advantage of the living room is the double height, which gives the user a feeling of spaciousness and comfort, so we tried to treat the surfaces of the walls and their treatment in that way. The gallery, more precisely the floor of the gallery, is solved with the help of a metal substructure whose finishing is covered with glass, so that with the wall decoration in the form of decorative concrete as well as the walls covered with bare brick, they form the industrial style of the space we aspired to. On the walls, decorated with decorative concrete, there are bronze-colored pipes with lamps on them, which additionally make the space attractive and industrial. The stairs leading to the gallery have been moved to the opposite wall in relation to the previous solution, because in their previous place it is planned to find the stairs leading to the basement, so that the user is at one point where he chooses whether to go to the basement. or upstairs, or even must in both places, but does not waste extra time in steps. The space under the stairs on the ground floor is used in the form of shelves for storing things.
Lighting position on the ground floor.
In the hallway, there are 4 ceiling lamps that are placed on bronze-colored pipes that pass through the ceiling of the hallway, which contribute to the industrial design. The living room is lit by a chandelier that extends the entire height of the living room and passes through the gallery and the first floor, as well as a wall lamp that illuminates the seating and resting place. The kitchen is lit by pendant lights above the dining table, as well as above the sled, while the kitchen has built-in lighting in the lower surface of the hanging kitchen elements. The bathroom is lit by built-in ceiling lights in the suspended ceiling.
FIRST FLOOR - When the gallery is accessed by stairs from the ground floor, we find a pleasant and ennobled space which is achieved by placing a flower shelf along the entire length of the wall, at the end of which there is a hanging chair from which you can enjoy the ambience, at the other end of the gallery place to work. The design of the bedroom differs from the rest of the apartment because it is solved in calmer tones and colors that are adapted to the room that serves for relaxation. When accessing the bedroom from the gallery, we find that the first part of the bedroom in which there is a closet from which part of the bathroom can be accessed is on the same level as the gallery at + 2.80m, while the sleeping area, bed and wardrobe in part of the bedroom is raised to 20 cm in relation to the rest of the floor and it is located at + 3.00 m from the ground floor level, thus giving the resting place the highest "degree" in the apartment. The bathroom in the bedroom has all the necessary elements, the design is characterized by minimalism because we did not want to burden the space, we paid special attention to the shower when choosing materials and colors that will be in harmony with the rest of the bathroom.

On the walls of the gallery there are pipes that are painted bronze and on which there are wall lamps. Pipes of the same material also pass through the bedroom as those on the gallery where the wall lamps are located, while one part of the bedroom is lit by pendant lights. The bathroom is lit by ceiling lights that are built into the suspended ceiling, as well as lighting built into the mirror on the wall.
