Per la realizzazione del progetto di creazione dell'appartamento nell'attuale magazzino, si è pensato di realizzare un appartamento dal design industriale, illuminato e dotato di tutti i servizi possibili con un intervento strutturale minimo. L'appartamento avrà un ampio soggiorno, il soggiorno avrà un salotto con un divano a L, due poltrone e una poltrona relax. Dietro la zona lounge ci sarà il tavolo da pranzo. Nell'altro angolo della residenza si troverà la cucina che avrà una forma a L e avrà un'isola di cottura con panche per consumare la colazione. Verrà realizzata un'unica parete per creare spazio per il wc e un armadio d'ingresso che fungerà da lavanderia e farà anche il passaggio dal wc alla camera da letto senza doversi spostare nella zona giorno. La camera da letto avrà materassi letto, un salotto e uno spazio per il lavoro o il trucco, le scale che scenderanno saranno riservate alle emergenze. La scheda di accesso all'appartamento verrà modificata sulla superficie sottostante il piano di calpestio del garage per creare un portico e verranno create le scale per raggiungere il portico e poi per entrare nell'appartamento. La porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento farà parte di una veranda che potrà essere aperta fino in fondo e creare ingressi sia all'interno che all'esterno. I materiali da utilizzare saranno basici, il pavimento sarà pavimentato con cemento e resina, le pareti saranno bianche e gli elementi di arredo saranno dominati dal metallo nero. Le travi strutturali del soffitto saranno dipinte in grigio scuro e il soffitto con pannelli sandwich bianchi. Altri elementi decorativi saranno il legno naturale e la pelle per i mobili.

In the other corner of the residence will be the kitchen which will have an L shape and will have a cooking island with benches to eat breakfast. A single wall will be built to create space for the toilet and an entrance closet that will function as laundry and will also make the transition from the toilet to the bedroom without having to move to the living area. The bedroom will have mattress beds, a lounge and a space for work or makeup, the stairs that will go down will be reserved for emergencies. The apartment entry tab will be modified on the surface where the garage footprint is below it to create a porch and stairs will be created to reach the porch and then to enter the apartment. The entrance door of the apartment will be part of a veranda that can be opened all the way and create entrances inside and out. The materials to be used will be basic, the floor will be paved with concrete and resin, the walls will be white and the furniture elements will be dominated by black metal. The ceiling structural beams will be painted in dark gray and the ceiling with white sandwich panels. Other decor elements will be natural wood and leather for furniture.
