Wedding Venue Design – Tuscan-Inspired Concept
The proposed design for the wedding venue is set within a triangular 2,500 m² plot, with the flat edge facing north, serving as the main entrance. The entire concept draws inspiration from the warm, rustic elegance of Tuscan landscapes, featuring an abundance of olive trees that create a romantic and timeless atmosphere.
Main Design Features:
1. Entrance & Circulation Path:
Guests enter from the northern edge and follow a stone-paved path leading them through a natural olive grove. The path is softly lit, setting the tone for an enchanting celebration.
2. Open-Air Bar (Right Side):
To the right of the entrance, a small, lightweight bar structure is placed—constructed from wood and natural materials with an open-air concept. Surrounded by greenery, it serves as a relaxed area for drinks without interrupting the organic flow of the landscape.
3. Dining Area (Center):
At the heart of the venue, two long banquet tables are arranged in rows, inspired by traditional Tuscan feasts. Each table is elegantly styled with white floral centerpieces and golden Chiavari chairs. Above the tables, chandeliers hang delicately—either suspended from light frameworks or trees—adding a luxurious yet cozy glow to the setting.
4. Dance Floor & Music Band Stage (Rear Section):
At the far end of the site, a wooden dance floor is placed, surrounded by delicate pergolas and pots of white gladiolus flowers. A small stage is positioned adjacent for the live band, ensuring great visibility and acoustics for the guests.
Key Design Elements:
Olive trees integrated naturally throughout the site for an authentic Tuscan vibe
Use of natural and minimal structures to blend with the landscape
Romantic lighting with chandeliers above dining tables
Functional flow from entrance to dance floor
Balance of aesthetics and practicality for a seamless guest experience
