for His redevelopment of the living area, we worked mainly on the balance given by lights and colors within an environment to make it as accessible as possible to those who live and future guests, eager to spend free time in a pleasant and relaxing.
The first intervention impact can be seen in the entrance area, where we have opted for a wall installation, using wallpaper, a picture to natural background that might give color and character to one of the main areas of the apartment area . Installation complete with furniture with pure and modern lines. On the wall to the right of the front door a mobile has been inserted shoe mirrored, simple element, useful and elegant to meet space requirements and design.
The goal to be achieved was to give more elegance to a room (like the one of the living area), which now looks bare and lacking in character. To do this, we used the color tones on the east wall, in contrast to a too fresh and modern decor. We had an obligation to maintain the stunning display and reception of natural outdoor light, to stand full of the best features of our knowledge.
Expanding the dining area with a rectangular dining table seats 6, we continue on the East wall of the mobile library between the two windows, bound together by a container bench, which offers the opportunity to obtain two additional seats for any guests or extemporaneous reading moments. In this context it is a relaxing chair was included in the North Summit - East of the hall, with dedicated light through the use of a floor lamp.
The nerve center of the living area is characterized by a three-seater sofa with ottoman, beautiful location to admire the front and comfortably the West wall.
The west wall is the wall that gives cheerfulness and freshness of the room, with its wonderful works of art on display placed at the sides of the wall. In the central part of the wall, an empty frame, with completely white wall, ready to welcome the wall projections with video of our customers. The projector position, was calculated and designed in such a way that there is a regular and excellent perception of light and images.
To give further movement, we have expertly installed to the excellent stencil made according to the quality / price recalling some plots that characterize other points of the apartment itself.
Finally, the North wall and the balcony. The north wall was decorated simply hiding the air conditioning system with minimal intervention plasterboard, leaving the split air conditioner a vent grille in order to function correctly. Another special feature is the installation of sliding curtains to ceiling. 6 panels, three for 60 cm of width with a delicate texture that might give elegance and refinement to the large and bright windows.
To hide the split air conditioner has opted for a fake plaster beam, where, working on a full-fake has been studied in an opening panel with pressure pistons, which provide a functional usability in case of filters or unit maintenance general. With closed paneling, the air recirculation is facilitated and ensured by the presence of a grating placed in the lower part of the structure itself (# Schedule Forniture terrace and details).
Coming out on the balcony, we will notice the outside of conditioning implant body moved wisely on the right side to the left, so that the inside cannot see this space and you can see the green of the park situated over the road, just by being at 'interior of the living room, or sitting in the comfortable outdoor furniture chosen to give our Clients the opportunity to also take advantage of the outside space as a natural extension of the living area.
