•as you see i use a Divider/Shelve for block the view of main door and bed room doors, also this shelve can hold most of items like books,decors, picture frames as you see in my renderings,( i only use little items but it can fit for more)
• for seating area i use a bed sofa as you requested, it can be easily turn in to bed, also i use light weight coffee table for ease of moving when use the bed.
• also i use sofa positioning to better viewing in day time, considering on sunlight
• work table i use simple wooden table with two drawers it'll blend with seating area, and use wall space above work table as wooden shelves for books, then you can use your work table as a Reading table also,.
• dining area i use simple chairs to match with your table. also chairs are stack-able

i kept your wall colours as it is and use furniture colour theme to black and white and some contrast colours like yellow.
