Please find below my proposal for the modification.
I believe the project is met all the requirements:
1. I propose to swap the place of current living room and dining room to have bigger dining room, which can be arranged a 10 seat table (can be extend to 12 seats) for holding family party. It is it is worth considering whether we can dig in 450mm for a sunken lounge living room to make the feeling of space more spacious. You will find in the proposal I have 2 options: OPTION 1 is demolished the wall between the living room and the dining room. OPTION 2 is still kept that wall. If the wall is not a bearing wall and can be demolished, I propose to OPTION 1 for this modification, as the space will be opener and more spacious.
Please note that, if we cannot dig in the floor for a sunken lounge, we can also have a normal living room at that space.
2. The kitchen is enlarge a bit to have more space. The oven is placed at the island with free hood as a decoration of this space.
3. The terrace can be arrange a table for outdoor dining a sofa as a resting lounge.
4. The door in front of the house is changed to regular sliding glass door.
