On the following images, I'll present my take on your living, dining room and kitchen design.
To me, luxury relies on the details: the combination of textures, textiles, colors and well designed furniture are here to create a space that shapes and soothes the mind. The luxurious felt sofa, the Copenhagen-based Kvadrat curtains of which have been used in upscale theaters and showrooms around the continent, from the smooth finishes of the dining table to the side tables from Ikea, up to the smooth metal surfaces of the pendants by Zero, all combine with the oak flooring to create a mix of sensations of calmness, tranquility and relaxation. A place to rest, to eat, drink and receive.

The living room, on its own, is divided into two separate spaces, that still conversate with each other; on the back, we take advantage of the concentrated natural light to create a bright and modern dining area, a blank canvas for food and guests to fill out accordingly. The table from BoConcept has a combo of textured wooden legs and smooth white top that speak high-end, along with the Ikea Odger chairs, which are made from 70% recycled plastic and 30%, yet beautifully designed and crafted for a remarkably smooth and matte surface worthy of its design. The pendant by scandinavian studio Zero is the focus of the area, while also being the key element there that talks to the living areas. On the left side of the table, there's a side table with selected artwork and storage room.
Moving to the living area, it's then sud-divided into two more integrated spaces. Both have a darker, yet calmer color scheme, almost monochromatic, like the dining room, intended to be bold (achieved by the marine color), yet relaxing as there aren't any elements calling for much attention to the eye. We have a sitting area with a grand and luxurious BoConcept sofa, with Lux Felt lining, acting as the middle ground between the dark and bright colors on the space, a dual TV set by Ikea, a large 55"4K TV by Sony, along with a continuation of the artwork selection. On the other side, we have a reading area with an arm chair and side table.
Onto the kitchen, it's largely based on Ikea's powerful, simple and yet very well-designed ambients. Their quality products will make for a kitchen that definetely lasts, with +10 years of guarantee. The kitchen counter and cabinets would have to be custom-made, with a local carpinter, though that'd very easily arranged by me, if needed. The space is designed to fit a 4-piece induction plate, an oven, large stograge space and a 2-person table for breakfast and the eventual afternoon coffee. On the left side of the door, there's a large refrigerator.
As for purchasing the items: I preferred not to lay out the store links on this point of time, only as I'm sure that, when you're ready to make the purchases, some items may be on sale, specially as we hit the end of the year. We always also have the possibility to adapt any part of the project to your needs.
On the other hand, I was unable to get a few price quotes from sellers in Italy. If it should come to the point where we need to make these purchases, I'll rearrange that as needed. Only the Kvadrat curtains are bought in-store only and have negotiable prices. I'm sure some finishings may seem expensive, while some furniture may seem cheap, but rest in peace as all was selected in terms of quality and durability, while still focussing on the combination of textures. This is why these curtains may seem a bit pricey.
As for the budget, I'm happy to say that for all furnishings, it'd cost 12600 euros to build this project. The finishes like wall paints, curtains, tiles, and flooring shouldn't surpass 4000 euros as well, considering a price range for the Parquet Oak floor at arounf 50 euros/sqm, plus around 2-3000 for the kitchen counters, so, even after adding in the labor costs, I'm estimating this to be a good 5K or more below your max budget.
