Analyzing the composition of the apartment is obvious that the best solution is provided by the basic proposal , in which the space is organized in the living room and dining room adjacent to the kitchen .
My proposal does not distract from this solution and it has an open kitchen to the dining room equipped with peninsula breakfast table . For the furnitures are offered a few objects whose combined design creates a minimalist space but cozy . The materiality of these objects, some of which have already entered the history of design , accenting space, marble , glass and aluminum are the three materials that you prefer .

The TV area is characterized by a long bench and a plasterboard wall that creates a housing for the screen and at the same time it allows the creation of a lighting with neon lights. This wall , as well as the hallway and the kitchen peninsula are characterized by a ceiling at approximately 2.50 m within which you can place directional lights and for any installation for air conditioning .
