Livable attic

I decided to shed dormer instead of gable dormerit does reduce construction costs while increasing the space beneath.
I set the stairs leading to the attic in the office, because this solution is "clean" and allows the attic to be organized better.
This solution does not change the layout of the ground floor and therefore reduces the cost of renovation.
