How to turn a small apartment of only 28 square
meters in an apartment full of everything? The watchword is
"smarT". The transfigured letter "T" has become the key element of the whole
project: a wall equipped with the dual function of container and element of
order in space. This wall allows you to organize the space obtaining 4 separate
rooms and connected at the same time. Entering the apartment you can see on the left
the kitchen, a box kitchen, which appears and disappears when you need it: the
great sliding doors can be packed on the wall adjacent to the entrance. The living area, past the portal library,
expands during the day thanks to the convertible "Ulysses Dining" and
presents a fold out sofa bed for the night, thus responding to the request to
provide two beds for guests. The bathroom has been completely redesigned by
altering only part of the walls, the door has been set back flush with the wall
system, so as to create a mini utility room with a cabinet on the right. Entering the bathroom the sink is immediately
on the right and the washing machine on the left, the shower, very spacious, is
separated from it by a partition. Finally, special attention was paid to the
color palette of the rooms: you go from orange wall of entrance on the right up
to the living area, the gray of the opposite wall, the beams were painted in
black so as to give prominence to this important structural element.
