The proposal that I have developed tries to modify the place as little as possible. The terrain remains almost the same, the only space that is going to be leveled is where the houses and the vehicle access area are located. This also saves money, since there is no excavation to do. The houses have been distributed on the land in such a way that all the owners enjoy the same visuals, that is why they are located in a kind of zigzag.
Both the exterior floors and the walls are white to reflect the light and convey that Mediterranean style.
The houses always have direct contact with the outside, since all the doors are folding. thus the interior spaces are also part of the life that takes place in the gardens.
