Per la realizzazione del progetto di arredo dell'appartamento si è pensato di creare un design moderno dalle linee eleganti. I colori che verranno utilizzati saranno chiari con l'intervento di elementi in legno per dare contrasto ai diversi angoli dell'appartamento. Lo spazio del soggiorno sarà suddiviso in interno ed esterno, che saranno collegati con vetrate che arriveranno fino al soffitto. Il soggiorno avrà una zona lounge con divano a L e due comode poltrone orientate verso la parete TV e camino a bioetanolo. La cucina sarà ampia a forma di L e con un grande bancone per consumare la colazione e cucinare. Sulla porta laterale che conduce alla veranda si trova il tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone che può essere ampliato per ospitare ancora più amici. Una parete divisoria in vetro e dei mobili separeranno la zona pranzo dalla zona lounge. Lo spazio esterno nell'area coperta avrà una zona lounge con divani e poltrone orientata verso un televisore appoggiato alle pareti, dall'altro lato ci sarà un tavolo da pranzo e una cucina esterna con BBQ. La piscina occuperà un'ampia area del cortile e sul lato antistante ci sarà un'area verde dove verranno posizionati i lettini da spiaggia. Tra la piscina e l'area verde passa un corridoio per raggiungere l'ingresso e i locali tecnici. L'illuminazione sarà una parte importante dell'arredo dell'appartamento con luci led nascoste, luci sospese e spot distribuiti su tutta la superficie dei controsoffitti.

On the side door that leads to the veranda is the dining table for 10 people which can be expanded to accommodate even more friends. A glass divider wall and furniture will separate the dining area from the lounge area. The outdoor space in the covered area will have a lounge area with sofas and armchairs oriented towards a TV supported on the walls, on the other side will be a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The pool will occupy a large area of the yard and on the side in front of it will be a green area where beach beds will be placed. A corridor will be between the pool and the green area past to reach the entrance and the technical rooms. Lighting will be an important part of furnishing the apartment with hidden led lighting, hanging lighting, and spots distributed throughout the surface of suspended ceilings.
