The approach to the project was focused on the Interior renovation of the flat in a minimalistic and contemporary way.Enering the flat, at the ground floor, the user experience is istantely caught from the fireplace, that wants to express the whole meaning of HOME and, at the same time, divides the two "common spaces" of the level 0: the Living room and the relax/reading area.The dining room and the kitchen are in direct contact with the living room, giving the perspection of a "Continuos Open Space", as the contemporary LOFTS, but can be also strictely separeted with a frosty glass sliding door.As requested the kitchen is directly accesible from the garage, where we provided a big space for gardening depot keeping the possibility to guests two cars in it.At the ground floor we can also find the laundry and a comfortable bath.Up to the concrete and wooden stair, we reach the First floor where we find, on our left hand, the entrance of the Master Room that owns the entire NW side of the floor.In the Master Room there is a big Dressing Room that gives acces to the Master Bathroom with a wonderfull yakuzi.The SE side of the floor guests two other bedrooms and an amazing relaxing/studying area.
