I have prepared three different proposals for your laundry/bathroom. In the first one, the toilet and the washbasin are positioned according to sanitary pipework. Although you are asking for a furniture under the washbasin I did not propose one because toilet area might be narrow. The second one is similar design with a bathroom cabinet. The third proposal -different than others- has a space for dryer. To provide this space I needed to change the place of the washbasin.
