The proposal offers large outdoor spaces connected to each other through a series of paths and where the vegetation plays the role of co-protagonist together with the various functions required and inserted in the large park behind the villa and which fit well into the current context thanks to a series of devices in classic and contemporary style. Leaving the villa you reach a first paved and raised space with respect to the current state which offers breathing space and allows you to have an overall view of the new environments, from here via a large flight of steps you reach the first external area with a more convivial circular theme and with possible roof, this area has been inserted to be more familiar and comfortable as soon as you leave the house. Next to it there is access to the large area with tables for fifty comfortable seats as well as a connection that leads to the toilets located next to the house to optimize the function of the systems and limit costs. These first areas are paved and offer a splendid view of the garden and the surrounding vegetation. Further on, accessible via two independent paths, are the fountain with seats and shading plants and the brazier, also with seats and accessible from several areas. A large avenue in classic style and preceded by two large statues leads us to the raised pool house with respect to the other functions in order to take on a greater value and thus offer a series of activities all with the idea of favoring life outside in keeping with the various functions housed within. Here we find a central relaxation area which acts as a fulcrum with seats and a central fireplace; the kitchen equipped with all requests in addition to the large counter and a cellar for drinks and a large table for the family or for buffets; on the other side are the showers with changing rooms as well as a sitting room which enjoys a splendid panoramic view. Going down a few hailstones you reach the swimming pool fenced for safety reasons with a solarium area and a whirlpool equipped with a waterfall that flows into the pool; here a further fire function with a high aesthetic level has been proposed. The pool house supported on the front by columns and on the back by load-bearing elements interspersed with large windows overlooking the park and combined with planters to house climbing plants has a shape that comes from the crescent but since it must respect the place and therefore the inclusion in the context is proposed in a more linear style that goes well with the house. Furthermore, the symmetry in the paths and functions recalls the contemporary classic and the insertion of several levels offers the possibility of giving value to some main areas flanked by others that complete them.

La proposta propone ampi spazi esterni collegati tra di loro tramite una serie di percorsi e dove la vegetazione svolge il ruolo di coprotagonista assieme alle varie funzioni richieste ed inserite nell’ampio parco retrostante la villa e che ben si inseriscono nel contesto attuale grazie ad una serie di accorgimenti in stile classico e contemporaneo. Uscendo dalla villa si giunge in un primo spazio pavimentato e rialzato rispetto allo stato attuale che offre respiro e permette di avere una visione complessiva sui nuovi ambienti, da qui tramite una grande gradinata si giunge alla prima area esterna a tema circolare più conviviale e con eventuale copertura, questa zona è stata inserita per essere più familiare e comoda appena usciti di casa. Di fianco si accede alla grande zona con tavoli per cinquanta persone comode a sedere oltre ad un collegamento che conduce ai servizi igienici collocati a fianco della casa per ottimizzare la funzione degli impianti e limitare i costi. Queste prime aree sono pavimentate e offrono una splendida vista sul giardino e sulla vegetazione che si sviluppa attorno. Più avanti accessibili tramite due percorsi indipendenti si trovano la fontana con sedute e piante ombreggianti e il braciere sempre con sedute ed accessibile da più zone. Un grande viale in stile classico e anteceduto da due grandi statue ci conduce alla casa della piscina rialzata rispetto alle altre funzioni in modo da assumere un valore maggiore e da offrire così una serie di attività tutte con l’idea di privilegiare la vita all’esterno in armonia con le varie funzioni ospitate all’interno. Qui troviamo un’area centrale relax che fa da fulcro con sedute e camino centrale; la cucina allestita con tutte le richieste oltre al grande bancone e ad una cantina per le bibite e un grande tavolo per la famiglia oppure per i buffet; dall’altro lato si trovano le docce con gli spogliatoi oltre ad un salottino che gode di una splendida vista panoramica. Scendendo qualche grandino si giunge alla piscina recintata per motivi di sicurezza con area solarium e con idromassaggio dotato di cascata che si riversa sulla piscina; qui è stata proposta un’ulteriore funzione di fuoco dall’alto livello estetico. La casa della piscina sorretta sul davanti da colonne e sul retro da elementi portanti intervallati ampie finestre sul parco e abbinate con fioriere per ospitare piante rampicanti ha una forma che nasce dalla mezzaluna ma poiché deve rispettare il luogo e quindi l’inserimento nel contesto viene proposta in stile più lineare che ben si abbina alla casa. Inoltre la simmetria nei percorsi e nelle funzioni richiama al classico contemporaneo e l’inserimento di più livelli offre la possibilità di dare valore ad alcune zone principali affiancate da altre che le completano.
