In this project, I proposed:
1. Minimum the demolition but still can maximum the use of space. Enlarge the open space (living room, kitchen and dining area) with flexible layout. where we can have: a living with sofa, TV and small reading area; a bar with 4 seats, and dining area with 4-6 seats.
2. Have 2nd share bathroom open to the air plus one space for laundry.
3. Enlarge 2nd bedroom to have 1 double bed (or can be bunker, single bed depend on the need).
4. Re-layout the master bedroom with enclose toilet (including bathtub and bidet)
