Lara's apartment was designed thinking the space in public and private areas. Services have been placed on the west side house`s. The social areas are placed on the south side while private areas are on the north side of the house.

The dining room and the living room will be open spaces and between of them is placed the kitchen, which has an island in the middle cooking and eating for. This island is next to an open wall facing the dining room. The dining room, has an open windows in order to get to the terrace easily. The service zones (bathrooms and kitchen) are located next to the drain tub.
The living room is on the east side house’s. It limits with circulation rooms. It will be the space connection with public and private areas.
The property has 2 bathrooms, one for the master bedroom and the other one for the room boy’s and social areas. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bath room has one space to put the laundry.
There are three rooms. The master bedroom includes a room for dressing. The other two have fixed closets. The three bedrooms facing the north facade and each one has a window.
