The design proposal for the new distribution seeks to meet the client's expectations, taking advantage of the space in the most efficient way and considering the current structural elements of the building. The main concept with which the proposal is structured was to separate the apartment into two well-defined areas, the first area is made up of a living room integrated into the kitchen and dining room, a hidden laundry area with doors and a room that It can function as a guest bedroom, study or TV room. The second area is the private area of the house, made up of a main bedroom, a secondary bedroom and two bathrooms, both bedrooms have their own closet, in addition to another common closet in the hallway, this entire private area becomes independent with a sliding door
