Se plantean dos baños uno pequeño hacia el corredor, lo suficientemente cómodo y uno más amplio con bañera y espacio para la lavandería. Se plantea tres habitaciones: Una Habitación doble, Habitación para un niño con cama de matrimonio, armario, escritorio y librería. Dormitorio de invitados / estudio con sofá / cama, librería / armario / TV. La iluminación y el techo están dispuestas adecuadamente con un estilo sobrio moderno.
