This project aims to meet the customer's request . Assuming that the plant of this residence has a lot of potential , below , I compare two design assumptions

hypothesis 1
The area is divided into two areas : the living area and sleeping area . At the center are placed the services .
The living area is located just as you enter the house; this in turn can be divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. The dining area communicates directly with the kitchen by means of a sliding glass door; the kitchen is not isolated but rather as a volume, thanks to the perimeter thought of as wrapped by a structure in laminated glass and that enables it to communicate with the entire area thanks to the transparency data from the glass. And not only that, but doing so gives light to the environment due to the presence of the window . It ' just a matter of my favorite smells propose the kitchen closed .
From the living area through a long hallway which , thanks to his character that extends in length, can be furnished with shelves which are always useful nowadays. This area combines contem: the bathroom (which has remained unchanged in the plant) and a laundry room and storage room. The sleeping area has three bedrooms : one single also used as a study , and two doubles .

hypothesis 2
Better studying the plant , you can get an extra bathroom. But this implies abandoning the idea of living and sleeping area. In fact, as soon as you enter the apartment, you are greeted by an input which brings with it already two rooms: one double and one single (also used as a study). But the point of this entry is that the disengagement is characterized both by shelves that by a big closet that welcomes clothing intended for those who allogia in double quoted.
Here, as in the previous project, the disengagement welcomes bathroom and laundry/storage room .
At the end of this path we find the third double bedroom in which you install a closet like that proposed in the table of the furniture .
This leads into the living area characterized by usual relaxation area ( with sofa line surround Divani & Divani by Natuzzi http://www.divaniedivani.it/it-IT/product/surround-24c438.html condiderato seen and that is a technology lover) and a dining area. From here you enter the kitchen , characterized by the presence of an island to consume quick meals , and a second bathroom which has shower but is characterized only by wc bidet and washbasin .




Il presente progetto mira a soddisfare la richiesta del cliente. Premettendo che la pianta di questa residenza ha molte potenzialità, qui di seguito, metto a confronto due ipotesi progettuali .


Ipotesi 1
L'area è divisa in due zone: zona giorno e zona notte. Al centro sono posti i servizi.
La zona giorno è collocata proprio appena si entra in casa; quest'area a sua volta può essere divisa in una zona pranzo e una zona relax. La zona pranzo comunica direttamente con la cucina per mezzo di una porta scorrevole vetrata; la cucina non risulta come un volume isolata ma anzi, grazie al perimetro pensato come avvolto da una struttura in laminato e vetro che le consente di comunicare con tutta l'area grazie alla trasparenza data dal vetro. E non solo, ma così facendo dona luce all'ambiente grazie alla presenza della finestra. E' solo una questione di odori che preferisco proporre la cucina chiusa.
Dalla zona giorno si attraversa un lungo disimpegno il quale, grazie alla sua carattere che si estende in lunghezza, può essere arredato da mensole che sono sempre utili oggi giorno. In quest'area si incontran: il bagno (il quale è rimasto immutato in pianta) e una stanza adibita a lavanderia e ripostiglio.
La zona notte è composta da tre stanze da letto: una singola adibita anche a studio, e due matrimoniali.

Ipotesi 2
Studiando meglio la pianta, è possibile ottenere un bagno in più. Ma ciò comporta abbandonare l'idea di zona giorno e zona notte. Infatti non appena si accede all'appartamento, si è accolti da un ingresso il quale porta con se già due stanze: una matrimoniale e una singola (adibita anche a studio). Ma il punto forte di questo ingresso è che il disimpegno è caratterizzato sia da mensole che da un grosso armadio a muro che accoglie indumenti destinato a chi allogia nella camera matrimoniale sopra citata.
Anche qui, come nel precedente progetto, il disimpegno accoglie bagno e lavanderia/ripostiglio.
Al termine di questo cammino si ritrova la terza camera matrimoniale all'interno della quale si installa una cabina armadio del genere proposta nella tavola degli arredi.
Si giunge così nella zona giorno caratterizzata al solito da un'area relax (con divano linea surround di DIVANI&DIVANI by Natuzzi http://www.divaniedivani.it/it-IT/product/surround-24c438.html visto e condiderato che è un amante della tecnologia) e un'area pranzo. Da qui si accede alla cucina, caratterizzata dalla presenza di un'isola per consumare dei pasti veloci, e a un secondo bagno il quale non ha piatto doccia ma è caratterizzato solo da wc bidè e lavabo.
