My proposal for your apartment project is conceptualized around the quest to achieve the most optimum and functional distribution of the spaces your family needs while paying special attention to light penetration & preservation of key elements.
Speaking of light, the darker areas of the apartment are now well lit through glass walls similar to the ones in your reference images as well as a large decorative wall mirror in the dining area to reflect light into the space.
With regards to preservation I'm glad to be able to have designed the apartment to preserve the existing marble slab flooring which is very elegant in the living area. Since the previous entrance hall was different flooring, I propose that we do wooden parquet flooring there which will therefore cover the entrance, study and dining area then stylishly blend into the marble slab floor through two smooth curves that will make your flooring very attractive.
In the allocation of spaces, I decided to expand the current bathroom then divide it into two to get a second bath & laundry within the same area for easiest drainage. I also saw it fit to move the kitchen away from the bedroom side and locate it in the living area near to the elevator to take advantage of the drain ducts next to the elevator. It's equally important to note that I've located the study & its door right near the entrance so that in case you're working at home (like during the coronavirus pandemic for example) you can host a work guest separately & privately without inconveniencing the other people at home.

La mia proposta per il tuo progetto di appartamento è concettualizzata attorno alla ricerca di ottenere la distribuzione più ottimale e funzionale degli spazi di cui la tua famiglia ha bisogno, prestando particolare attenzione alla penetrazione della luce e alla conservazione degli elementi chiave.
A proposito di luce, le aree più scure dell'appartamento sono ora ben illuminate attraverso pareti di vetro simili a quelle delle immagini di riferimento, nonché un grande specchio decorativo da parete nella zona pranzo per riflettere la luce nello spazio.
Per quanto riguarda la conservazione, sono felice di aver progettato l'appartamento per preservare il pavimento esistente in lastre di marmo che è molto elegante nella zona giorno. Dato che l'atrio precedente era un pavimento diverso, propongo di realizzare lì pavimenti in parquet che copriranno quindi l'ingresso, lo studio e la sala da pranzo, quindi si fonderanno con eleganza nel pavimento in lastre di marmo attraverso due curve lisce che renderanno il tuo pavimento molto attraente.
Nell'assegnazione degli spazi, ho deciso di espandere il bagno attuale e poi dividerlo in due per ottenere un secondo bagno e lavanderia nella stessa area per un drenaggio più semplice. Ho anche ritenuto opportuno spostare la cucina lontano dal lato della camera da letto e posizionarla nella zona giorno vicino all'ascensore per sfruttare i condotti di scarico accanto all'ascensore. È altrettanto importante notare che ho localizzato lo studio e la sua porta proprio vicino all'ingresso in modo che nel caso in cui lavori a casa (come durante la pandemia di coronavirus per esempio) puoi ospitare un ospite di lavoro separatamente e privatamente senza disturbare il altre persone a casa.
Credo che in base alle tue esigenze questa proposta dia alla tua famiglia il miglior uso dello spazio dell'appartamento in uno stile di vita moderno ed elegante. Grazie per l'opportunità!
