The project seeks to restore an old stable and turn it into a loft, in this way and respecting the client's requirements, the social area is destined for the ground floor, with an entrance area that allows controlling the interior temperature, a guest bathroom and a large shared and open space, in addition, at the end of the volume a large window is proposed that gives access to a gazebo that has the possibility of closing according to the season. For the first and second floor (attic) private spaces are allocated. On the first floor there are two spacious rooms with their respective bathrooms, and also a laundry area; and on the second floor, there's the master room, with a bathroom with a bathtub and a small terrace.
To resolve the issue of heights, is proposed a dormer, and for the bed area the ceiling window continues on the wall, which gives a lot of spacious to the room.
