We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
We believe that one of the strengths of your apartment is its location near the sea, its sea view and its beautiful and functional terraces,
That is why we designed it keeping these in mind.
We kept the living room and kitchen in their current position to maintain the sea view in the new apartment.
We kept the terrace on the living room side unchanged and placed the dining and living room layout inside it so that you can use a beautiful terrace with a sea view for your parties.
We chose the new part of the apartment from the terraces facing the bedrooms in such a way that you have a private functional terrace for the master bedroom and a simple terrace for the two new bedrooms.
We considered the kitchen as the main and strong point of the living/dining area.
We also considered the living area as an intimate environment for relaxing, reading and watching TV, and assumed that the main living area for entertaining guests would be the terrace.
We placed the laundry in a place that has access to the kitchen and the private part of the house (the bedroom) and placed a closet for the washing machine and dryer (on top of each other).
We placed the bathrooms near the bathrooms in the previous plan so that the need would not increase drainage costs.
We tried to design the apartment in such a way that, apart from meeting your needs, it would be a pleasant and comfortable environment for your life.
