Per questo grazioso appartamento sono state proposte due idee progettuali (A&B) cercando di rispondere al meglio alle richieste della committenza.

Il concept di progetto nasce da due punti ben definiti : la LUCE ed il concetto denominato “Less is more” ovvero la volontà di ottenere “IL PIU’” CON “IL MENO”.
La luce naturale diventa la protagonista indiscussa, essa è sicuramente il materiale più bello e lussuoso, è gratuita e se utilizzata con un’adeguata dose di ombra è solita risvegliare nell’architettura la capacità di commuovere.
Le due proposte dispongono la medesima disposizione del grande ambiente aperto Living/Kitchen, Esso è posto ad ovest come giustamente richiede la committenza e comprende zona cucina con isola centrale dal forte impatto, un zona pranzo con tavolo e una zona living con grande divano con chaise lounge.

In entrambe le proposte progettuali sono state pensate due camerette per i bimbi, una camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e bagno annessi , un ampio bagno padronale e un bagno di servizio o per eventuali ospiti , tale bagno nella soluzione A potrà anche essere a servizio della Cameretta 1.

L’ingresso invece nella soluzione A avrà un guardaroba a tutta altezza che servirà anche da schermo alla cameretta 1° e una nicchietta per riporre oggetti, nella soluzione B invece è stato pensato un ambiente chiuso che potrà essere utilizzato sia come guardaroba che come ripostiglio.

Infine la zona lavanderia che comprende colonna lavatrice/asciugatrice e lavatoio è stata disposta ,su suggerimento della committenza, nella veranda coperta.

Lo stile richiesto è lo scandinavo, caratterizzato da linee pulite e semplici , molto sobrio ma al contempo di grande effetto ed infine molto lineare ed estremamente rilassante.
Anche se non richiesti sono stati prodotti 3 rendering della zona open-space al solo fine di far meglio comprendere ai committenti i colori e le scelte cromatiche utilizzate.

Two design ideas (A&B) have been proposed for this nice apartment, trying to best respond to the requests of the client.
The project concept stems from two well-defined points: LIGHT and the concept called "Less is more" or the will to get "THE MOST" WITH "THE LESS".
Natural light becomes the undisputed protagonist, it is certainly the most beautiful and luxurious material, it is free and if used with an adequate dose of shadow it is usual to awaken the ability to move in architecture.
The two proposals have the same layout as the large open Living / Kitchen area.
It is located to the west as the client rightly requires and includes a kitchen area with a central island with a strong impact, a dining area with table and a living area with large sofa with chaise lounge.
In both design proposals two bedrooms for children have been designed, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom, a large master bathroom and a service bathroom or for any guests, this bathroom in solution A can also be at the service of the bedroom 1.
The entrance instead in solution A will have a full-height wardrobe that will also serve as a screen to the 1st bedroom and a niche for storing objects, in solution B instead a closed room has been designed that can be used both as a wardrobe and as a closet.
Finally, the laundry area which includes a washer / dryer column and sink has been arranged, at the suggestion of the client, on the covered veranda.
The style, instead requested by the client, is the Scandinavian characterized by clean and simple lines, very sober but at the same time of great effect and finally very linear and extremely relaxing.
Even if not required, 3 renderings of the open-space area have been produced for the sole purpose of making customers understand better the colors and color choices used.
