La camera matrimoniale avrà lo spazio più grande al piano di sotto. Ci sarà spazio per il baldacchino matrimoniale, una zona relax con 2 comodi pali, di fronte al baldacchino ci saranno i mobili della TV e accanto ad esso sarà una scrivania per servizi igienici o per lavorare sul computer portatile. Dietro il muro in cui è supportato il baldacchino matrimoniale si trovano i due lavandini. e dopo il lavandino separato da finestre di vetro a destra sarà cabina armadio che avrà armadio su 3 lati del muro e mobili bassi al centro. Dall'altro lato ci sarà la toilette con un'ampia doccia con 2 teste, wc e bidet e uno spazio dove è possibile sedersi per la cura della persona. Adiacente alla stanza ci sarà l'ufficio che avrà accesso dal corridoio e direttamente dalla camera matrimoniale. L'area dietro le scale avrà due stanze, una stanza tecnica per il posizionamento della caldaia e altre attrezzature tecniche della casa e l'altra sarà lavanderia e ampi armadi per tutta la famiglia. Dall'altro lato del piano ci saranno 2 camere per bambini, entrambe le direzioni dalla veranda per essere illuminate e ventilate al massimo. Non appena lasci la stanza, sarà il bagno. Dopo il bagno c'è una zona relax, dove ci sarà un comodo divano e, tutta la TV e la famiglia possono restare a guardare la TV o giocare. Il piano superiore sarà dedicato all'area giorno. Per la divisione degli spazi, verranno utilizzate porte bianche con pareti divisorie in vetro al centro in modo che l'illuminazione dello spazio sia completa. A sinistra del piano ci sarà la reception che sarà uno spazio con decorazioni classiche, ci sarà una reception con un divano e due poltrone in plastica orientate verso il camino ricoperto di marmo, dopo che il divano sarà un piano che si separerà dalla sala da pranzo dove ci sarà un tavolo per 8 persone. Lo spazio avrà 2 porte. uno per l'accoglienza delle persone e l'altro al servizio della sala da pranzo per consentire di servire i piatti senza ostacolare le persone che potrebbero trovarsi nell'area di attesa.
