In the design of the house concept was terraces and view. Entrance to the house is from north with garage for two cars. Porch is provided with mudroom and entrance foyer on level 0. Staircase leading to N -1 level. On ground level master bedroom with private terrace is placed. As one can enjoy the outdoors from master bedroom. master bedroom is equipped with walk-in closet and master bath with view. Room have floor to ceiling glass to get natural light in the room as located on the south.
As you go downstairs you enters in corridor acting as entrance foyer with view from deck to living room. Dining is given for 8 people. Living and dining are located on south with open glass facade to get light and view from the kitchen. Kitchen is located behind dining with peninsula, pantry and scullery (washing area). one can stand anywhere and get amazing mountain view from house. big deck is accessible from dining and living. steps from deck leads to level -2 to access the pool without going to bedroom area.
Now staircase leads to N -2 level of the house where children bedrooms are located. South location are kept in mind while positioning the bedrooms. All the bedrooms have direct access to deck and pool area. all bedrooms are equipped with bed wardrobe and study table. two bathroom are positioned in front and side of the rooms equipped with bidet, WC, bath and sink. Additional storage is given under the stairs. total area is 260 sq.m.
All the positioning is done with south facing rooms request from clients in mind.
