this floor plan might be different from your initial sketch, but after trying with some layout options, I think living room should be placed near the bigger balcony. Because you mentioned several times that you want a bright and open space for the living room, I organized the living/dining area to be accessible to the main balcony, and let lots of lights in.
On the other hand, the kid's bedroom is placed near the smaller balcony, and master bedroom still has its own en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is a bit smaller, but still practical.
