First of all, I would like to thank you for opening the design of your house for competition and giving us the opportunity to work in this beautiful area.
Interior:
Since the building is adjacent on both sides, the most important factor in the plan solution is natural light for the spaces. I achieved this by keeping the ground floor spaces large and flexible. There are no walls, doors, closed passages between the kitchen and the living area. In addition, the gallery space I created above the sitting area makes this space more spacious. One of the closed areas behind the stairs can be used as a bath and the other as a boiling room or pantry.
If we come to the second floor; I placed the bedrooms located here on the front and back facades. I designed the spaces in accordance with the space dimensions and usage needs you want. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. In addition, front and rear balconies make the use of bedrooms more attractive.
Furniture:
In the interior design, I used furniture with modern, light and soft color tones within your wishes. You can buy some of them ready-made, or you can measure some of them and have them made by furniture makers.
Landscape:
You can use the pergola area in your back garden in fine weather, and have fun with your family and friends in the pool and sports area next to you.
Exterior:
I have done my work in accordance with your wishes, meeting modern needs and getting a stylish look. The exterior of the building has an uncomplicated, simple and modern design. It is possible to obtain the colors here with exterior paint or sometimes with facade coating materials. A hidden slope on the roof, which is not very obvious, ensures that the precipitation does not stay here.
