We are very happy to have participated in your contest. Due to the uncertainty of the possibility of advancing the first floor on the street side (based on old approved plans), we proposed two plans for the first floor.
In the overall design, we considered an entrance room at the ground floor entrance so that the entrance door would not open directly from the street to the house. This room has direct access to the street, the house and the parking lot, and we also provided a wardrobe.
We placed the kitchen next to the garden so that it could serve the garden.
We had two living areas, one inside the house and the other in the garden by the pool.
We suggested a sliding glass door between the dining room and the kitchen.
At the end of the garden we envisioned a gym, a storage room and a bathroom where the bathroom would have access to the gym and the garden.
On the first floor we envisioned a double room with a private dressing room and bathroom and a private terrace.
We also provided two single bedrooms, a study room with a sofa bed for guests and a large laundry room with a sink.
According to the original plan approved, we hid the sloping roof of the house behind the retaining walls of the roof so that the house could be seen from the outside with a flat view.
We proposed the house with an open design and combination of neutral colors and wood and stone.
