Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
La residenza è stata progettata in modo che un uomo di 26 anni possa vivere comodamente, tenendo sempre conto di uno stile architettonico moderno in modo che possa piacergli.
Il soggiorno è integrato con la zona pranzo e la cucina, formando un grande ambiente unico.
Con mobili contemporanei e colori moderni, l'ambiente è molto invitante, in modo che il residente possa ricevere familiari e amici. Con un grande divano di fronte a un bel pannello TV (perfetto per un home cinema o per guardare le partite di calcio). C'è anche una panca con sedie, che rende la zona pranzo molto funzionale e pratica. E naturalmente una bella cucina, con tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici necessari.
Oltre a questo, abbiamo sviluppato due opzioni per le zone intime, in cui abbiamo cambiato il posizionamento degli ambienti, in modo che l'abitante possa scegliere ciò che più gli piace.
Come richiesto, il progetto prevede due bagni.
Uno di essi è vicino alla zona sociale (soggiorno e cucina), in modo che gli ospiti possano utilizzarlo facilmente. E un secondo bagno nella suite padronale, per avere molta privacy e comfort.
Le camere da letto sono spaziose e accoglienti, tutte dotate di letto matrimoniale e armadio, con spazio per l'installazione di un televisore se necessario.
In questa opzione è stata installata una piccola lavanderia (dato che la camera da letto della suite ha occupato lo spazio di quella precedente), mantenendo un piccolo spazio con un lavandino e una lavatrice, in modo che il residente possa comunque occuparsi rapidamente dell'igiene dei suoi vestiti a casa propria.
Una bella e spaziosa camera da letto, con spazio per un letto matrimoniale, un bel pannello con televisione di fronte e un ampio armadio a lato, mantenendo sempre l'ambiente molto confortevole e accogliente. E, come già detto, un bagno privato in loco per consentire al residente di avere agio e privacy.
Nella stanza superiore abbiamo anche progettato uno spazio palestra, dove il residente può fare esercizio fisico, in uno spazio tutto suo, senza interferire o disturbare la sua residenza.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
The residence is designed so that a 26-year-old man can live comfortably, always taking into account a modern architectural style so that he can enjoy it.
The living room is integrated with the dining area and kitchen, forming one large room.
With contemporary furniture and modern colors, the environment is very inviting so that the resident can receive family and friends. With a large sofa in front of a nice TV panel (perfect for a home cinema or watching soccer games). There is also a bench with chairs, which makes the dining area very functional and practical. And of course a nice kitchen, with all the necessary furniture and appliances.
In addition to this, we have developed two options for intimate areas, where we have changed the placement of rooms so that the inhabitant can choose what he likes best.
As required, the project includes two bathrooms.
One of them is close to the social area (living room and kitchen), so guests can easily use it. And a second bathroom in the master suite, for much privacy and comfort.
The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, all equipped with a double bed and closet, with space to install a TV set if needed.
A small laundry room was installed in this option (since the suite bedroom took up the space of the previous one), maintaining a small space with a sink and washing machine, so that the resident can still quickly take care of the hygiene of his or her clothes at home.
A nice and spacious bedroom, with room for a double bed, a nice panel with television in front and a large closet to the side, always keeping the environment very comfortable and cozy. And, as mentioned above, a private bathroom on site to allow the resident to have ease and privacy.
We have also designed a gym space in the upper room, where the resident can exercise, in a space of their own, without interfering or disturbing their residence.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you best.
