Si propone la riforma di un appartamento di poco meno di 100 mq, oltre ad un locale situato nel sottotetto del fabbricato denominato cantina. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un complesso residenziale nel centro di Milano, costruito negli anni trenta.
Si propone un design degli spazi moderno e funzionale per un ragazzo di 26 anni.
Per il piano nobile, gli spazi sono ridistribuiti per renderli più efficienti per aggiungere un secondo bagno. Sono presenti tre camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina a vista e la collocazione degli arredi sfruttando gli spazi, oltre a sfruttare le finestre e i terrazzi esistenti.
Nel locale mansardato si propone la collocazione dei mobili da adibire a sala cinema e palestra.

Se propone la reformar de un piso de algo menos de 100 metros cuadrados, además de una habitación situada en el ático del edificio llamada bodega. El piso está situado en la tercera planta de un complejo residencial en el centro de Milán, construido en los años treinta.
Se propone un diseño moderno y funcional de los espacios para un chico de 26 años.
Para el piso principal se redistribuyen los espacios para hacerlos más eficientes para adicionar un segundo cuarto de baño. Se plantean tres habitaciones dos baños, sala, comedor, cocina abierta y se plantea la ubicación del mobiliario aprovechando los espacios, además de aprovechar las ventanas y las terrazas existentes.
En la habitación del ático se propone la ubicación de mobiliario para utilizarlo como sala de cine y gimnasio.
