In order to develop the concept, floor-to-ceiling wall cabinets are presented that show the textures of the wood and lacquered paint in matt white. In order to maintain the order of the spaces and the pure lines, the cabinets are found almost in the entire house. The kitchen, living room and dining room come together in one large space.

The living room is composed of a sofa for two people that in turn acts as a library and storage space. Two armchairs are placed in the living space. Placing two armchairs in the center of the room provides dynamism in the room, thus maintaining a great possibility of rearranging the room and generating different types of meetings. The dining room chairs, in wood and fabric, combine perfectly with the living room equipment and can be used to hold meetings without losing the pleasant aesthetics of the place. A new toilet is created, next to the open space of the living room, dining room and kitchen, to keep the main bathroom private and only for use by members of the home. The toilet shares space with the laundry room where a combined clothes washer and dryer is located.

The bedroom maintains the pure lines existing in the rest of the house. The existing bathroom opens directly into the bedroom and is accessed through a sliding door. Small room modifications allow for more storage space and space for a tv rack and desk.
