Please find attached my application for the reconfiguration and renovation of your property.

The exterior of the property has been sympathetically refurbished with traditional style windows and doors retaining the shutters to ensure the property is in keeping with surrounding buildings yet has its own identity. The patio area has been modernised with a fire pit/dining table and surrounding chairs for entertaining guests. Carefully chosen planting has been included to bring a natural feel to this area. A modern gate acts as the main entrance to the property.

The ground floor has been altered to employ an open plan layout with a central staircase. The dining area has been positioned by a window to allow diners to enjoy views of the patio. You can relax in the modernised living area and the kitchen has been set out to maximise the space within it. As specified in the brief the southerly corner of the building has been transformed into a functional laundry room with WC and storage.

The first floor has two bedrooms at either end of the building which allows each to have its own balcony. A large bathroom has been incorporated as per the brief and these rooms are all accessed from a bright and modern landing area which also has access to one of the balconies.

As per the brief the design includes some potential angles in architectural rendering of the proposal to allow you to visualise the scheme in more detail. When the files are downloaded please ensure to view them at 100% size to reflect the size the sheets were created.
