The new layout includes three bedrooms:

Two additional bedrooms, each designed for your sons, ensuring they have their own personal space with a shared bathroom for the boys and a guest bathroom for visitors.
Also I'm proposing an studio / playroom area for your kids to optimize the space resultant between the bedrooms.
A private terrazza for your kids is placed near the bedrooms to create a calid and beautiful space to plays and recreation under a wooden brise soleil.
The veranda will feature a grand piano, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere next to the Livingroom and the main terrace.
The kitchen will be an open-space design, seamlessly integrated with the living area, promoting a sense of spaciousness and connection.
I preserve the beautiful parquet flooring, which adds warmth and character to the home. The stylistic approach will blend classic and minimal Italian styles, with white walls serving as a canvas for vibrant furniture and decorative finishes.
This will result in a harmonious and inviting environment that reflects both elegance and comfort.
